You will start your journey into Russian architecture with…

Then you will visit Vladimir city – one of the medieval capitols of Russia, with significant buildings which stand here since 12th century. Golden Gate, St. Demetrius Cathedral and Cathedral of the Assumption.

Next stop is Suzdal which avoided the industrialisation of the Soviet times and was able to preserve a great number of stunning examples of the Russian architecture of the XIII-XIX century. There are 305 monuments and listed buildings in Suzdal, including 30 churches, 14 bell towers and 5 monasteries and convents. You will visit.

Then you will visit cultural and entertainment center Izmailovo Kremlin where you will find Museum of Bread, Museum of Chocolate, Museum of Russian toys, Museum of the History of vodka Museum of the History of the Russian Navy and so on.

The territory covers 405 hectares. The palace complex created as a suburb residence of the Empress Catherine II. It was designed and built by the architect Vasily Bazhenov. Later the new Grand Palace by Matvey Kazakov became the center of composition.

Tour to the "Kolomenskoye" Architectural and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve. The first written mention of this place dates back to 1336 year. Ancestral lands of knyaz Ivana Kalita. Later in Kolomenskoye lived Ivan the Terrible, and Catherine II, Alexander I and other Russian tsars and emperors.

Tour to Krutitsy Metochion - a medieval area of Moscow. It is a historical monument of architecture of the 16th century.

Excursion to the Central Andrei Rublev Museum of Ancient Russian Culture and Art -- The only special museum in Russia dedicated to Russian art and culture of the Middle Ages. The museum surrounded with the walls of the Spaso-Andronikov Monastery, where famous Russian icon painter lived and created the most famous masterpieces of his own.
